MT Architecture Ltd were appointed by Mr and Mrs Davis to devise a feasibility study on extending and improving their family home. The brief focused upon providing a central social hub for the family and a Master Bedroom suite as well as a remodel of the existing internal arrangement. I think its fair to say the end result is one that has transformed the family home (which is now the envy of the cul de sac)! MT Architecture Ltd secured Planning Permission for a First Floor Extension (over the existing detached Garage) in addition to transforming the aesthetic of the property with subtle single storey additions and external opening alterations.

• Secured Building Regulations working closely with OWL Approved Inspectors.
• Offered on site project management / site visits at regular intervals to inspect the work and report to Mr and Mrs Davis.
