MT Architecture Ltd was appointed from RIBA Stage 1 to develop a set of preliminary sketches for a 6000sqft property in Little Gransden.
The site benefited from Outline Planning Consent and MT Architecture Ltd secured Full Planning Permission via a Reserved Matters submission working alongside South Cambridgeshire District Council.
MT Architecture Ltd then developed the design from RIBA Stages 2 to 3 and beyond securing Building Regulations approval (via an Independent Approved Inspector) and commencement / completion on site.

Grange Farm Barham
MT Architecture Ltd was approached by Mr R Harrison in early 2018 to quote for Architectural Services from RIBA Stage 03 through to completion (property design by David Hartley Associates).
MT Architecture Ltd worked closely with Bell Groundworks Ltd and Bartram Timber Ltd through – out the construction phase to ensure a smooth build for Mr and Mrs Harrison. The property boasts over 2500sq ft with additional detached Store / Garage and Office.Find out more

MT Architecture Ltd was initially appointed to provide some concept ideas for multiple extensions and alterations to the existing bungalow at Hillside Honeydon, however, the results of the feasibility study, confirmed that a replacement dwelling would achieve improved success linked to the initial client brief.Find out more
Gidding Road, Sawtry, Cambridegshire
MT Architecture Ltd was appointed by Aldgate Construction Co Ltd from RIBA Stage 2 through to completion to deliver 3no Detached Dwellings with double garages equating to over 5500 sqft.
MT Architecture Ltd worked with Huntingdonshire District Council in securing Reserved Matters Planning Consent for the scheme along with Full Building Regulations approval.

Station Road Tempsford
MT Architecture Ltd was approached by Mr and Mrs Giddings to provide feasibility sketches for a four bedroom property.
The site already benefitted from Full Planning Permission, however, MT Architecture Ltd produced a series of initial concept sketches including feature glazing to the side and front gables that received Planning Permission from Central Bedfordshire Council.

Filter House, Suffolk
Filter House was a former Anglian Water Pumping Station and Anglian Design Ltd obtained Planning Permission for its conversion (to a detached dwelling) back in 2015.
MT Architecture Ltd were appointed by Tiverton Homes Ltd post – RIBA Stage 02 to develop the initial design through to completion on site.
MT Architecture Ltd worked with Mr Steve Fitch (of Tiverton Homes Ltd) detailing a working drawing package to assist Steve and his Main Contractor.
The contemporary design, includes Marley Eternit Vertico External Cladding, Slim – framed Aluminium Windows and Doors, with the project superstructure formed using Nedura (Integrated Building Technology) Concrete Blocks / Forms.Find out more
Detached Dwelling, Hertfordshire
Located in an affluent area of Rural Hertfordshire, MT Architecture’s initial brief was to obtained outline Planning Permission for a detached 5 bed property. Once obtained, MT Architecture were appointed to develop the scheme through to completion on site.
The finished five bedroom, 2200 square foot property featured a large open plan kitchen / dining area plus a master bedford and two further bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A sixth bedroom / home office in the roof-space allowed the client to maximise the space available.

Cambridgeshire Conservation Area
Recently MT Architecture were appointed to deliver a contemporary side extension to the property as well as providing discreet openings to the existing Side Elevation (Bay Windows either side of Chimney Stack) to a detached property in a Conservation area of rural Cambridgeshire.
A mixture of traditional materials (including lime mortar) were used upon a rectilinear form, blended with contemporary features such as Polyester powder coated aluminium external doors & roof lanterns.
