MT Architecture Ltd was approached by Quality Ventures Ltd to tentatively engage in Pre Application discussions with Central Bedfordshire Council regarding the notion of a residential development in Shefford Bedfordshire. The linear nature of the site meant access, orientation of the properties and their impact and relationships with its surroundings was key.

MT Architecture Ltd secured Planning approval for 3no homes upon the site, with the properties expertly constructed and finished in traditional materials.

MT Architecture Ltd secured both Planning Permission and Building Regulations approval together with on site assistance Quality Ventures Ltd.
